It features rich notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, layered with hints of cedar, spice, violet, and tobacco. It pairs perfectly with beef or lamb. Tasting Profile: Nose: Expressive and fragrant. Opens with vibrant aromas of crushed violets, cassis, and baked blackberries, complemented by subtle undertones of cigar tobacco, vanilla, and cedarwood. Palate: Broad and fleshy yet remarkably balanced. Showcases juicy dark fruit, espresso, and cocoa notes supported by polished, creamy tannins and well-integrated acidity. It displays a long, elegant finish with a slight mineral freshness. Grapes: ~65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc.
