ORCA-AXL Mild Steel Axle Scale

The ANYLOAD ORCA-AXL is a mild steel axle scale designed for vehicle axle weighing applications where rugged construction and ease of maintenance are priorities. Built with a 50 Klb capacity and configured in single or dual-section layouts, the ORCA-AXL accommodates a range of platform widths (10 ft and 11 ft) and lengths (10 ft to 20 ft), making it adaptable to different site footprints and vehicle types. The scale features top-access design for straightforward load cell serviceability without requiring platform removal, and an optional manhole cover for simplified installation and on-site maintenance. It uses ANYLOAD 102BH-25Klb double-ended beam load cells, with four to six load cells per configuration depending on platform size and number of sections. The ORCA-AXL is intended for industrial and commercial vehicle weighing operations and is not certified for legal-for-trade use.
