Oklahoma Nation Advanced Sand Program (12U-14U)

The OK Nation Advanced Program is for 12U-14U athletes wanting to practice 1x or 2x a week and train as an individual or as a team with top coaches and can compete in tournaments that they select. This level will focus on the technique, skill and strategy of sand volleyball in a fast paced, competitive and fun environment. Practices for the Advanced program will be held on Monday’s 6:30-8pm and Friday’s from 5-6:30pm. We will switch to morning practices on Friday’s once school is out. The Advanced Sand program will have a total program cost of $825. This cost includes 27 training hours by OK Nation coaches as well as one OK Nation Beach uniform tank. Coaches will attend tournaments for an additional $25 fee.
