She is the goddess of warfare and strategy, of course such a cunning woman rides into battle confidently. The weathered look is an original, intentional effect. The designer has crafted the classical motif in a Modern silhouette… with the verdigris eluding to antiquity. The owl is present over Athena’s shoulder, and she sports a prominent helmet.
