Over 90 indulgent minutes, you’ll step into the world of artisan chocolate as you learn professional techniques including: How to temper chocolate and use chocolate in different applications Create your own handmade chocolate bar Dip fresh strawberries in chocolate Learn beautiful chocolate painting techniques and chocolate moulds Work with luscious ganache fillings Best of all, you’ll take home everything you create, along with a recipe booklet so the chocolate memories can continue at home.
