Wine Tasting 101 at Bedales of Borough Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon in our cellar room, as we open the space for an intimate Wine Tasting 101 experience. Hosted by David, our Wine Manager, this session is designed to guide you through the key steps of wine tasting in a simple, approachable way. It’s less about rules and more about conversation—a chance to ask questions, explore your curiosity, and build confidence around wine at your own pace. You’ll taste five wines, each offering a different perspective, while David shares insights, stories, and practical tips to help you better understand what’s in your glass. The atmosphere will be informal and friendly, with the cellar reserved just for the group—a space to slow down, socialise, learn, and enjoy. Whether you’re just starting to explore wine or already have a passion for it, all you need to bring is curiosity. Tickets are £25 per person for the one-hour session, including a tasting of five wines. A small selection of snacks will be available to purchase during the session; to preserve the flow and intimacy of the experience, we won’t be offering dishes or larger food orders. Please note that bookings are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to another guest with prior notice. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
