Clipping in and out needs to be simple, quick, and reliable. The CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals feature an SPD-compatible cage that will work with your existing SPD cleats. Wolf Tooth cleats are included in the box for optimized performance. Adjusting the Q factor (pedal stance width) moves the pedal toward or away from the center of the bike. CTRL Trail Clipless Pedals feature patent-pending Q factor adjustment options of 51, 55, and 59mm to fine-tune your fit, and ship set at 55mm. Adjusting the Q factor is simple enough to do at home. We designed CTRL Clipless Trail Pedals with a thin profile and open center. A thin profile means a reduced chance of pedal strikes when cornering or riding over rocks and roots. The open center quickly sheds mud that can interfere with clipping in and out to ensure that your clips and unclips are quick and reliable. The internal components use the same proven design from our popular Waveform Aluminum Pedals, including a machined stainless steel axle, three low-friction cartridge bearings, and one igus bushing with a custom radial seal that protects internal components from trail debris.
