A sweet floral aroma, slightly fruity and with a balanced astringency. Flavour: soft with a fresh and flowery character Ingredienser: sort te. Preparation Darjeeling 1st flush is brewed in a preheated pot. The water must not boil for a long time, as this will boil the oxygen out of the water. Use 1 tsp. tea per cup. Pour 90-95 degrees hot water over the leaves. Steeping time: 3 – 4 minutes. Since the tea leaves give the best results by floating freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot, or pour the tea onto a preheated teapot. Tips The tea can also be brewed in cold water for 4-6 hours, and enjoyed as a refreshing cold tea with delicate flavor notes. Use approx. 1 small tbsp. per liter of water. Store dry and cool.
