Evergreen White Bunching Onion "Scallion" Seeds

Approximately 320 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Evergreen White Bunching Onion seeds (Allium fistulosum) seeds per packet. Harvest from roots or from base of stalk starting in 60 days as scallions for milder taste. Hardy onions that you can overwinter and harvest in spring. Direct sow seeds 0.25 in deep when soil can be worked. Prefer light and well drained soil and full sun. Germination takes 7-14 days. Or for indoors, start as early as 8-12 weeks before last frost. Keep soil moist and room temp. When tops flop, cut stalks to 3-4 in. Transplant outdoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Harvest in 60 days as scallions or 120 days as green onion bunches. Warm climates can plant in fall or winter.
