Feather Ridge Flutes - Native-style Flute These flutes were originally crafted by Randy Stenzel, owner and flute maker of Feather Ridge Flutes. At the time of his passing, a small number of flutes were still in progress. With the support of his wife, Shelley, a select group of respected flute makers were invited to complete them. The flutes in this collection were finished by Brad Young, an accomplished flute maker based in Florida. Each instrument was completed with careful attention to preserving Randy’s original design, voicing, and intent. Randy Stenzel’s flutes are known for their sweet, smooth, and warm tone. That character remains consistent throughout these instruments. Each flute represents a continuation of Randy’s work, completed with respect for his craftsmanship and sound.
