Naogen Yuzu Soy Sauce, 120ml
Yuzu and soy sauce is one of Japan’s great pairings, and Naogen gets it exactly right. Their Koikuchi Marudaizu base is fermented for a full year to build natural sweetness and deep umami, then blended with freshly pressed yuzu from Shikoku and a touch of kombu to soften the acidity. The result is bright, fragrant and beautifully balanced: savoury at the core, lifted by the aromatic citrus of yuzu, with a gentle bitterness on the finish that adds structure without overpowering.
