2024 Kloof Street Old Vines Chenin Blanc, Mullineux

Excellent Chenin Blanc from one of South Africa’s most exciting producers. Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. "The 2024 Chenin Blanc Kloofstreet is partially aged in oak barrels. It has a bright and "sunny" nose, with light leesy scents in the background. The palate is well balanced, with hints of elderflower complementing the yellow fruit.
