Pre-Exposed Screen Details We offer 23” x 31” aluminum screens, which allows a print area of 17” x 23”. Using our state-of-the-art X-VACTOR LED Vacuum exposure unit, custom drying system, and the Epson T3270 film output printer, you can expect the best screen burns around! These high-quality, pre-stretched screens will give you a premium print every time. High detail, fine lines, and CMYK printing are made easy with McLogan Supply pre-exposed screens. Recommended squeegee size is 18”. Our shop is environmentally friendly, and we filter out harmful chemicals during the washing process. Order Instructions Simply select your mesh count and add the item to your cart. For multiple-color orders, please order one screen per color. Once the checkout process is completed, you will upload artwork in file uploader on this page. If you require specific placement name files accordingly to artwork placement position (i.e. left chest, chest center, back center, centered on the screen, etc.). Screen orders ship within 3 business days of order. (This can be delayed if the artwork is not submitted correctly). - Expedited shipping will NOT speed up the process of screen production. Orders for will-call pick up at San Diego may take up to 1 additional week to arrive. If you need the screens faster, please choose to have the order shipped directly to your address. (The black will be what's printed) Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed. Make sure your .psd, .pdf, or .bmp file has a resolution of at least 300dpi. All text layers should be rasterized or converted to outlines. Multi-color images should have each color on a separate layer.
