Handcrafted by one of Venice’s premier Murano mirror ateliers, the La Veneziana Azzurra Piccolina Mirror draws upon the centuries old Venetian mirror tradition long associated with richly decorative interiors and romantic glassmaking. The softly gilt mirrored border, delicate hand formed Murano glass flowers, and scalloped edging are all characteristic details of traditional Venetian mirror craftsmanship, where ornamentation, light, and reflection were designed to create atmosphere within a room. Delicate in scale and especially charming atop a vanity, bedside table, or bookshelf, the Piccolina Mirror functions beautifully as both a decorative object and practical mirror within an interior. The mirror can also be mounted directly onto a wall via the integrated hook to the reverse and is finished with dark stained Italian wood.
