Carnival Dress in Gingham Blues, EXTRA SMALL

Welcome to the Carnival Dress. I’ve always loved gingham in summer so I’ve chosen two blues in this joyful, versatile fabric to make a very special, everyday dress that will take you to work, a casual daytime picnic or an evening party. The navy gingham full-length skirt is generously cut in four panels, gloriously swishy, good for twirling! The skirt tapers into the waist without any gathers, creating a flattering silhouette with or without the matching belt. For our Blues version, the semi-fitted bodice is cut in a toning denim blue gingham with a flattering V-neckline. The fullness of the bias cut sleeves with an elasticated cuff balances the skirt beautifully, I love to push the sleeves up to create a pretty puff. Always with practically in mind, I have designed this dress to slip over your head and of course, you’ll find our signature pockets. A separate tie belt is also included, which you can use to cinch in the waist and create a more fitted look, or you can wear the dress loose for a more relaxed feel. The dress gives me so much joy and I’ve had a lot of compliments - it’s a gingham dream. LOUISE Fabric and Washcare Fabric: 100% cotton. Washing: Machine wash gentle cycle 30 degrees. Hang dry. Medium iron if required. We encourage minimal washing, saving water and the environment. Size Guide Fit: Over the head, easy fit. Length: Long midi. Sleeve: Three-quarter full sleeve with soft elasticated cuff. Choosing your size: This dress is cut with a relaxed, looser fit.
