Aurora honeyberries ripen mid to late season and flower early. RECOMMENDED FOR ORGANIC GROWING Pollination: Pollinated by other early blooming honeyberry varieties- including Borealis, Honeybee, Tundra, Boreal Beast, Indigo Gem, Berry Blue. Disease Resistance: Poor airflow can lead to mildew on the leaves. Ripening: Mid-May or early June most areas. Mid-Season Bloom. Uses: Excellent fresh eating, great for freezing, jams, pies, etc. Makes great fruit leather, and a favorite of children.
