Found in the Haut-Var region of Provence, about 50km east of Aix, this is a young, organic domaine making unfiltered, living wines. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Colombard from grapes growing on a north-facing slope at 200m, fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration. Very fresh and aromatic with lifted white flower and cirtus blossom supported by green apples, lime zest and passionfruit flavours.
