Hypertherm Powermax SYNC 85A Mechanized Cutting Cartridge

Built for reliable CNC performance on Cyrious Metal Works plasma tables, this 85A mechanized cartridge is optimized for production cutting in the 10 mm (3/8″) to 16 mm (5/8″) thickness range. Staying within the recommended range helps protect cut speed and edge quality, and selecting the correct amperage for your typical material helps extend cartridge life and reduce consumable changeouts. Compatibility: Works with SmartSYNC torches for Powermax85/105 SYNC systems, and with Duramax torches on Powermax85/105 systems when used with a torch adapter. It can also be used on hand torches when a stand-off cut is desired. When using a mechanized cartridge with an adapter on a Duramax machine torch, refer to the cartridge adapter cut chart guide (811300MU). Optional ohmic ring torch height sensor kits are also available.
