Woodland Valley Farm's 'Pasta Bah' produce small batch fresh Artisan Pasta with their own Pasture Raised Eggs, magnificent local produce and a few select ingredients from Italy. Woodland Valley Farm is a regenerative farm located in the heart of Tweed Valley. Remove from bag, cover with foil and heat for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees for a delicious ready made pasta meal! Ingredients: Basilico Sugo (Tomato, Basil, Olive Oil, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Sugar), Pasta (Semolina from Wheat, Water, Salt), Ricotta, Spinach, WVF Paddock Raised Whole Egg, Mozzarella, Nutmeg, Besciamella Sauce (Milk, Butter, Wheat Flour, Parmesan, Salt). Woodland Valley Farm use milk from Allard's Dairy in Burringbar and cream from Norco. Both have confirmed they do not use Bovaer on their farms.
