A rolling pin cutter designed to cut pastry or pasta sheets into strips or squares with a fluted edge. This versatile tool is ideal for cutting squares of pasta for tortellini, sorpresini, garganelli, etc. Due to its three different sized wooden spacers (5.5mm, 11mm, 23mm) it can be reconfigured to cut pasta strips of different widths. There are twelve spacers in total - four of each sized spacer. Remove the wheels and spacers as required. This rolling pin can also be turned into a two, three, or four wheeled cutter.
