Shigure 7 Year Kusu - (Awamori)

This awamori has been stored in stainless steel tanks for over 7 years. It is finished by atmospheric distillation, which is suitable for long-term storage. This aged awamori (Kusu) has a deep aroma and mellow sweetness. The initial sip yields a delightful texture and graciously introduces the 42% ABV, which culminates with an impressive grand finale. Shigure 7 Year has won the Best of Class for the Shochu category and the Double Gold award during the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) 2025.
