Paying your deposit now will reserve your beef. Deposit: $500.00 Whole beef price per lb carcass: $4.20 (Carcasses weigh 650-750 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering. Beef is harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap. Approximate finished half beef 200-250 lbs.
