1950s Italian jewelry box with miniature portrait

A rare Italian 1950s jewelry box with a pretty miniature portrait of a lady. The box is made of an acrylic celluloid used to imitate ivory. It also features a pretty lace-like brass decor around the lid and a red velvet interior. Found in Genova. Condition: Very good. This box is in very good vintage condition with minor wear and staining to the celluloid (see detailed images). The velvet inside is clean. Dimensions: H5,5cm x W14 cm x D10 cm.
