Hand-harvested and carefully vinified, it matures in barriques to develop a deep ruby-red colour with violet hues and an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits and plum jam, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with smooth tannins balanced by vibrant acidity that imparts freshness and savoury depth.
