Off-white passepartout

Product information 1.5 mm off-white mount with a subtle warm, slightly yellowish tone. The colour appears softer than pure white and creates a calm, balanced framing – especially suited for vintage posters and artworks with warm tones. The mount is made from high-quality acid-free board, making it suitable for posters, photographs and more valuable artwork, as it protects against discolouration over time. Off-white mounts can be made up to 120x160 cm, while other colours are available up to 81x110 cm. Please note that sizes above 70x100 cm incur higher shipping costs, as they must be delivered by freight directly to your address rather than to a parcel shop. Set the correct measurements Outer dimensions The outer dimensions must match the size of the glass in your frame – i.e. the format the mount needs to fit. Cutout We recommend choosing a cutout 1 cm smaller than the width and height of your artwork. This provides an overlap of approx. 5 mm on all sides to hold the artwork securely in place. Example: An artwork measuring 53×67 cm requires a cutout of 52×66 cm. Cutout position You can choose between different cutout positions. The most common option is centred, with equal margins on all sides. Alternatively, you can choose a top-aligned position, creating a larger bottom margin. You can also choose no cutout if you prefer a full sheet without an opening. Payment & invoice We accept a wide range of payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, American Express, iDeal and PayPal. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and is only captured once your order has been shipped. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and your invoice will be available in your account on PlakatKunst.dk. Shipping & returns All mounts are made to order at our workshop in Denmark. We typically dispatch within a few working days – often the next working day, though production times may be slightly longer during busy periods. Returns Standard items can be returned within 100 days. Custom-made products – including mounts – are not eligible for returns.
