The exact combination of fruit fixins will depend on what's freshest and most in-season but we can guarantee that each week's pav will feature: Crisp, fluffy vanilla bean meringue pavlova Homemade curd and/or a cooked fruit component like a compote or sauce Pillowy yogurt whipped cream Fresh seasonal fruit Your pavlova will come with all the fixings for you to assemble fresh at home. Pavlovas are ever-so-lovely but be warned, they are fragile! They are best served same-day, immediately after preparation. Available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.
