Sourcing Carefully sourced chicken — from our farm, community of farmers and trusted suppliers. The jerk marinade is my mum Pearl’s recipe, hand-blended in our farm kitchen — Scotch bonnet, allspice, thyme, the works. Nothing shortcut.
