Rinse the new carafe and your existing lid and filter cartridge in warm soapy water. Pour the granules back into the filter cartridge, slot it into the new carafe, and pop the lid on. Fill at the tap as normal and let the water filter through. Store on a fridge shelf (the lid is designed for shelves 25cm and over) or on the worktop.
