This 12×8 ft garden building is suitable as a bright garden retreat, hobby room, teen leisure area or practical storage space for items that no longer fit in the home or garage. Large windows help fill the interior with natural light, giving the building a more open and inviting feel than a basic garden shed. A ventilation grille is included for air circulation. This summer house uses a sturdy timber frame construction. 30 x 60 mm timber frame sections are joined together to form a stronger 60 x 60 mm frame structure. Combined with 17 mm wall boards, this gives the garden building added stability, while the roof has a snow load rating of 160 kg/m². Suitable internal insulation can be added if required; insulation materials are not included. A complete roof covering set is supplied as part of the kit: 12 mm OSB roof boards, bitumen underlay and grey hexagonal bitumen roof shingles. Important: assemble on a prepared, solid and level base with a moisture barrier between the base and wooden walls. Untreated pine/spruce wood should be treated or painted according to the care instructions. Includes wooden parts, fixings, hinges, handle, lock, keys and printed assembly instructions.
