Vibrant dark fruits, boysenberries, blackcurrants and plum are balanced by clove spice, new leather and a hint of lilac. Intensity and purity are the watchwords. An attack of juicy dark-skinned fruits is carried over a fine trace of acidity and velvet, cushioning tannins. The finish has a lick of spice and a long tail of dark fruited summer pudding.
