Deep, savoury and full-bodied, this premium sauce delivers the distinctive flavour of hare in a beautifully rustic recipe inspired by classic Italian cooking. Perfect served with pappardelle, tagliatelle or other broad pasta. Heat gently in a pan, adding a little pasta cooking water if required, then stir through freshly cooked pasta and serve.
