We make it from milk from our herd of buffalo. It has a great crumbly texture with a delicious tangy, creamy and salty taste. It is perfect to crumble into Mediterranean salads, add to pasta dishes or enjoy on some crusty bread as it is! Allergen: BUFFALO MILK
