The maiden vintage of rose from our estate. A quick press cycle extracts just a touch of color from the skins producing a beautiful coral pink hue. Vibrant minerality and acidity on the palate that shows strong notes of petrichor, cherry blossom, under ripe strawberry, and watermelon. Titratable Acidity: 7g/L pH: 3.069 Alcohol: 13%
