The Hieff™ Magnetic Circulating Cell-Free DNA Kit is suitable for extracting circulating DNA from 0.3-4 ml human plasma and serum. This product adopts unique magnetic beads and carefully optimized buffer system, which can maximize the purification and recovery of circulating DNA (typically 1-100 ng/ml circulating DNA in human plasma).
