The Hieff™ Magnetic Circulating Cell-Free DNA Kit is suitable for extracting circulating DNA from 0.3-4 ml human plasma and serum. This product adopts unique magnetic beads and carefully optimized buffer system, which can maximize the purification and recovery of circulating DNA (typically 1-100 ng/ml circulating DNA in human plasma). Fragment analysis revealed distinct characteristic peaks at 170 bp and 340 bp, confirming the high integrity of the extracted cfDNA. Notably, no high-molecular-weight DNA interference was observed, ensuring high-purity nucleic acids ready for downstream sequencing or PCR assays.
