Narrow Street in Cusco Peru. Calle Resbaloso. 9x12 inches

This is an original oil painting I painted on site in Cusco Peru. I love the narrow street and the shingled rooftops. In the distance you can see the main cathedral and central plaza of Cusco. This one was a fun to paint with the people passing by and stopping to watch and talk. This is a part of a new series that I'm making available of plein air paintings and studies that are not studio finished pieces. I think it is fun to offer these pieces because sketches and studies show so much of the artistic process.
