There are many different ways to knit in the round: on double-pointed needles, circular needles, with magic loop, two circular needles and the newer Flexi-Flips and bent DPNs. This class will demonstrate the techniques, and provide opportunities to practice all of them. We'll share tips & techniques for knitting in the round on any style of needles, and for any project, including easy ways to join and a magic trick for fixing a twisted round. Whether you're new to working in the round, or have tried it with difficulties, this class is for you! skill level: advanced beginner; some experience working in the round length: 1-2 hours, depending on experience level of knitters. Materials needed: scrap medium-weight yarn, as many of the following needles as you have: 4-5mm/US #6-8DPNs, long circulars, short circulars
