Kava Root Extract for Relaxation This traditional kava extract is made from the dried root of kava (Piper methysticum), also known as ava. Kava comes from the Piperaceae family and is native to the South Pacific Islands, where it has been used for at least 2,000 years. It is traditionally valued for its relaxing properties and is often associated with traditional kava ceremonies. Concentration and Other Ingredients Concentration: 1:4 Certified organic alcohol Distilled water Suggested Use Take 30–40 drops, equivalent to 1.5–2 mL, in juice or water.
