tiliVISE His-tag

Position a tagged protein inside an open DNA cavity for cryo-EM preparation. tiliVISE uses an internal NTA-based His-tag binding site to capture the protein within a surrounding nanostructure. The holder is designed to separate the captured protein from the air–water interface during vitrification. Its geometry makes the protein's local environment an adjustable part of sample preparation, alongside capture chemistry, buffer and freezing conditions. Choose your format Standard and ruggedized variants use the same His-tag binding format. Supplied amount 50 pmol in 200 µL at 250 nM. Need a different binding moiety or holder geometry?
