VForce 3IN1 Our product and engineering team set out to build a true one of a kind. The VForce 3IN1 brings a patented Variable Force System together with a functional trainer and an angled Smith machine in a single frame. VARIABLE FORCE SYSTEM A patented design lets you switch the cable system from a 2:1 to a 1:1 ratio with a simple switch, so you can change the load to match your goal instead of changing machines. FUNCTIONAL TRAINER Pivot arms move horizontally and vertically, so you can hit any direction or any muscle from the same station. Two cables set above the pull up bar angle in for rear delts, tricep extensions, and flys, while two more at the bottom back of the rack cover rows, hip thrusts, and bicep curls. ANGLED SMITH MACHINE Not many home gym racks come with an angled Smith machine. The angle adds more depth to your squat, letting you sit deeper into the movement. J CUPS WITH ROLLER DESIGN A roller design keeps a heavy barbell controlled the moment it lands back on the rack. HALF RACK Supports squats, barbell rows, overhead press, and bench press. Safety arms let you train these movements safely and securely without needing a training partner.
