NELSON BROS HONEY CASK

We're excited to announce the 2026 release of our Honey Cask Finish whiskey. This year, we've once again teamed up with our friends at TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, TN. They have expertly filled our used Nelson Brothers Bourbon barrels with locally sourced wildflower honey, creating a unique Barrel-Aged Honey that’s unmatched in flavor and character. After the honey-aging process is complete, we bring the barrels back to our distillery, where we fill them with our Nelson Brothers Bourbon for an additional 6-8 months of finishing. The outcome is a harmonious blend that showcases one of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery’s most cherished offerings: the Nelson Brothers Honey Cask Finish. Please enjoy responsibly.
