Lost Wax Casting 4 week class | Swann | Thur evening

Sculpt and cast your own one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces or sculptures. This class focuses on teaching and training the lost wax casting technique from wax modeling to poured metal casting. Students will leave this class with several finished pieces of jewelry or sculpture. Skills Acquired: Wax model making and sprueing Centrifugal and vacuum casting Patinas and finishing Prerequisites: None Students currently enrolled in a jewelry class at the CAC are invited to attend the Jewelry Lab sessions free of charge.
