DCC NeoChroma S-45 Series Dye Sublimation Printer

The DCC NeoChroma S-45 Series is a 72-inch industrial dye-sublimation printing platform built for high-volume sportswear, fashion, home décor, and soft-signage production. Available in three upgradable configurations, the S-45 platform allows businesses to begin with the production capacity they need today and expand as order volume grows. Each model combines Epson I3200-A1 print heads, large-capacity ink tanks, automated media handling, and an integrated intelligent drying system. Three Upgradable Production Configurations The NeoChroma S-45 platform is available in three configurations: NeoChroma S-45350+ Pro Equipped with four Epson I3200-A1 print heads and capable of printing up to 2,023 square feet per hour. NeoChroma S-45450+ Pro Equipped with six Epson I3200-A1 print heads and capable of printing up to 3,003 square feet per hour. NeoChroma S-45500 Pro Equipped with eight Epson I3200-A1 print heads and capable of printing up to 3,934 square feet per hour. The field-upgradable design allows the platform to be expanded without replacing the entire printer. Built for Long, High-Volume Production Runs The S-45 Series supports media rolls up to 18 inches in diameter and approximately 9,850 feet long, helping reduce roll changes during extended production. Its automated loading and take-up system, wrinkle-removal rollers, tension controls, double air shafts, and automatic paper-release system help maintain stable media movement at high printing speeds.
