Costadilà Veneto Col Fondo Sparkling 3-Pack

Three bottles that show a different side of sparkling wine from Veneto. Costadilà was founded by Ernesto Cattel in the hills of northern Veneto with a focus on reviving the region’s traditional farming and winemaking culture. Today, his son Arno carries the project forward, farming organically with biodynamic principles and working with Glera alongside native grapes like Bianchetta Trevigiana, Verdiso, and Moscato Fior d’Arancio. Fermentations are spontaneous, and Costadilà’s sparkling wines are refermented in bottle with their lees rather than polished into perfectly clear, conventional bubbles. Includes an ice pack.
