ARB Topical A5 is Adegen's foundational prescription-strength topical for early-stage or recent thinning. It combines 5% minoxidil with our proprietary ARB complex, plus tretinoin, caffeine, and a niacinamide + biotin blend to support absorption and overall follicle health. Compounded in-house at Adegen Pharmacy and formulated to help key ingredients reach the follicle, where healthy hair growth begins, it's often the ideal starting point for visible thinning, increased shedding, or early changes at the hairline, crown, or part line. Optional Rx DHT Blockers You can optionally add topical finasteride or dutasteride for added DHT defense. Finasteride inhibits the primary enzyme (Type II) responsible for converting testosterone to DHT in the scalp. Dutasteride inhibits both Type I and Type II enzymes, for broader, stronger DHT reduction.
