Because buyers frequently use these components as diagnostic tools to test their own televisions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any TV boards. Exceptions & Return Process In the unlikely event that a return is explicitly approved by our team, the following terms apply: Return Shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics. Handling Fee: A 25% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Testing & Inspection: Every returned board undergoes rigorous testing to verify it has not been misused and remains in fully working condition. Denial of Refund: If our inspection shows the board has been misused, altered, or blown, the refund will be permanently denied.
