A rustic Italian 'baguette style' bread similar to Ciabatta; 'Stirato' is an Italian term meaning 'stretched' or 'ironed', which refers to the shaping method we do by hand for each bread before baking. Great for dipping into sauces, olive oil or simply served with great quality ham. Made with 100% New Zealand wheat flour, sea salt, sourdough culture and extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil.
