Pandolcini Antica Genova are the individual-sized version of the iconic Pandolce, a Christmas classic that Orlando Grondona has crafted with distinction since the early 19th century. This enriched pastry carries the mark of authenticity, protected by the brand's registered designation for over 80 years. Orlando Grondona established his small workshop in 1820. His handwritten recipe notebook—filled with techniques, observations and family secrets—remains the foundation of production, passed faithfully through the generations. Ingredients wheat flour, sultanas raisins 30%, butter, sugar, candied fruits (orange peel, apples, pears, pineapples, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice), fresh barn eggs, pine kernels 2.3%, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dried anise fruits.
