Anhui Yellow Tea

Anhui Yellow Tea is from the land-locked Anhui Province in eastern China. This tea is produced in the famous Huang Shan Mountains in the southeastern part of the province. A young bud set comprised of two leaves and a bud is hand-plucked and hand-processed. The small twisted leaves yield a very smooth, balanced, slightly viscous, light– to medium-bodied infusion that is aromatic and sweet with grassy and nutty notes.
