This coffee comes from the Chiapas region in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Not only is this one of our Fair Trade and Organic (FTO) offerings, it also comes from the Women Producers Program from Cafe Imports, which we are proud to support. Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH) is made up of nearly 500 members from various smallholder farms within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The cooperative focuses on quality standards while reinvesting in smaller farms.
