425 yards, Fingering Weight, 80% merino wool and 20% nylon Sock blanks are a different kind of fun. Instead of a skein, you get a machine-knit stockinette tube — Sweet Georgia dyes directly on the fabric, so the gradient flows seamlessly from one shade to the next with no color pooling and no ends to weave in. Knit or crochet straight from the tube, or unravel and wind it into a cake first. Either way, the crinkles block out perfectly. To use: pull one end from the tube to unravel.
